Custom order season has finally arrived! March 1st through July 31st, we have the greatest honor of being able to do our best at making your custom Swank dreams come to life. We are so excited!
As much as we love & adore the entire process of helping you create your custom Swank, it does take time. With that being said, there will be a $5 non-refundable deposit towards your custom order. This ensures we are not only able to secure your spot, but to also be here every step of the way from your initial brainstorm to hearing about your reaction once your completed custom order makes it to your hands. Thank you for choosing us to be a part of your child’s memorable & special day. We appreciate you always.
Just some reminders—
•turnaround for custom orders is between 4-6 weeks PRIOR to shipping. please give us about 6 weeks notice about your custom order ideas so that we have plenty of time to sort out details & get your order to you in time for when you’re needing it by.
•custom orders are first needed, first served. in other words, if you don’t need your order until august or later, please don’t stress about reaching out until mid June/early July. on the other hand, if you need your custom by mid april or sooner, you’ll want to reach out to us very early march!
•if you are simply wanting a tweak of color or stamping in a current shop design, that is NOT considered a custom order! Just reach out to us on Etsy & we will discuss how to go about making sure we can make those small changes!
•we understand that you may not love or agree to our design ideas or what we are able to come up with. this doesn’t mean you just threw $5 down the drain. we would never let you do that! you do not have to purchase this listing until we have agreed to the initial general concept of your custom order idea.
•you do not need to know exactly what you’re wanting when you message us! we are here to help you, but we do need you to let us know details of what you’re aiming for in the final outcome. this makes more sense when we start discussing back & forth as we ask questions and receive answers from you, BUT you do not need to know exactly what you’re wanting.
•we are NOT able to fulfill orders that would include licensed logos &/or characters. we’re so sorry.
•we do not provide any form of draft prior to creating your order. we have never done this in the past & just feel like we are able to keep prices lower and turnaround time less when we don’t. true story: we typically never do major sketches or drafts prior to creating designs for the shop. just some gibberish doodles & what not. HOWEVER, this does not mean we will not make your order has wonderful as we are able! we are just the hands-on type of people that need to jump right in to the appliqué-making process.
•prices are 12738293747% dependent on detail of your custom order—they vary & we won’t be able to give you a price idea until we’ve discussed details.
•there are no returns or cancellations on custom orders once you’ve purchased your listing. everything in our shop is made to order & we won’t be able to resell your custom order because of that. but, if there is ever an issue with your custom order once you’ve received it...do not hesitate to reach out!
•no codes or discounts are valid towards custom orders UNLESS you’ve purchased year-round free shipping. custom orders are individually and specifically priced to the detail & time it would take to make that exact order. the year-round free shipping is the only code that is valid towards a custom order.
•custom orders are so fun and exciting! we don’t want you to be stressed or intimidated by the process. now...let’s get started. 💛💛💛
We only accept Paypal. And we really appreciate fast payments! Unfortunately, if payment is not received within 48 hours, we will cancel the sale. The item will be relisted and available for future buyers (including you?!).
If you purchase with an electronic check we can't send the items or create the items out until the check clears. This form of payment usually clears within a week (usually five business days).
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
1. If you are not happy with your item AND IT IS NOT PERSONALIZED, please let us know via email and not via feedback. I'm fairly certain we can work out a refund or an exchange!
2. If your item is LOST/UNDELIVERABLE unfortunately we are NOT held responsible. Let us know if you want us to purchase insurance on your behalf ahead of time (usually around $2).
3. If the package is returned because of an incorrect address on your PayPal account, you are responsible for the additional shipping charge.
4. All returned items should be returned within one week of receipt. Items must be in original condition, containing no signs of wear, no traces of lotion/tobacco/etc. AND UNWASHED.
RUSH ORDERS: any orders needed ASAP have a 25% price increase. If I don't have any orders ahead of yours, I'll gladly waive this fee. Please convo for more details! :)
